Check out these songs! Some of them are about the musician's recovery experience while other songs simply inspire us in our path to recovery. They remind us that we are not alone in our daily struggles!

EI8HTY SE7EN

When you are young and have a mental health condition, life is difficult and others don't always understand. However, we always have to remember that we are the future of this world! In Ei8hty Se7en's words, "keep your head up!"

SHELBY TWETEN

Shelby Tweten has Bipolar Disorder and is amazing at her American Idol Audition!

PINK

People may bully others or just be very unhelpful whenever we are feeling down, but sometimes we have to take a stand and remember that we are not what they say or think we are! We will be who we want to be and, like Pink would say, that is perfect!

ANETTE PALMER

A nurse in the mental health field, wrote and sang this song about Recovery in Mental Health.

Look at Meg in the news!

EI8HTY SE7EN

"Traumatized" is a very catchy song! Why? Because the catchy part will help you repeat to yourself that it is okay to be hurt and afraid! Just "open your eyes!" There is always a way out!

DEMI LOVATO

Demi Lovato's "Skyscraper" is wonderful song sung straight from the heart that describes the feelings of those who have been bullied or otherwise feel stripped of their strength. However, a young adult like Demi Lovato, who has Bipolar Disorder, makes it clear that strength can be regained in this song about great pain with great strength and resilience.

EI8HTY SE7EN

Like Ei8ghty Se7en, you can make it if you "keep your head up and when the road get's hard, don't ever give up!"
